PUBG Mobile Erangel 2.0 Map The Chinese version is reported to have leaked

It is alleged that PUBG Mobile Erangel 2.0 has more detailed vehicle customizations, which allow players to rearrange vehicle controls.

PUBG Mobile could update its popular Erangel map to a major extent. Following the renovated Miramar map called Miramar 2.0, the revamped version of its most popular map, Erangel, looks like the beta version of the Chinese version of Game for Peace, PUBG Mobile. The revised map, tentatively called Erangel 2.0, includes new features, mechanical features and graphic improvements. Since the new map appears in the Chinese version of the game, it is expected to move into the global version soon.

The Sportskeeda article reveals that the map has provided many updates and enhancements for mechanics and graphics.

The beta of the Chinese version of PUBG Mobile, Game for Peace (PUBG Mobile is called Game for Peace in China) was introduced to Erangel 2.0. It offers route planners, refreshed graphics, customization of vehicle controls, and Ultra HD graphics.

Route Planner:

The app route planner helps to plan a trip in advance. According to the paper, players will need to identify multiple positions which will be used as points of transfer to a planned route from one position to another. This allows players to know where to go next without opening the map several times.

Ultra HD Graphics Options:

The Game for Peace beta version has been added with Ultra HD Graphics Option. This feature is notably present in the main PUBG Mobile version, but not the beta version.

Customizing vehicle control:

The further customization of the vehicle control seems to have also been added to the beta version of Game for Peace with the new Erangel 2.0 map. This enables players to customize their controls when they enter a vehicle. The button layout can be reorganized and placed anywhere on the screen, as shown by the report, for example, movement and shooting controls. PUBG Mobile allows players to choose from three different control schemes but does not allow the position of buttons to be customized.

Refreshed graphics: according to the report, Erangel 2.0 improved graphics to increase the level of detail. The buildings ‘ interiors are stated to be more detailed, some of the other designs have been updated and the colors changed slightly.

There is currently no details about when the revised map leads to the global version of the game. For PUBG Mobile, the Miramar map was updated last month with the 0.18.0 update and Erangel is due. In addition, a secret map is present in the beta version of PUBG Mobile, however, the updated Erangel map is unlikely.
